"Go, Go, Go, STOP"

Life is busy.
More so than ever before we are overloaded with information, from the minute we open our eyes in the morning to the moments before we drift off to sleep at night. To slow down and relax can often seem out of reach, so much so that even when we get downtime, our mind and bodies just won’t stop. This can be frustrating and stressful, it keeps us awake at night and preoccupied during the day. Relaxing is a simple instruction yet it can seem impossible to do. 

All it takes for your mind to obey your command to “relax” is some training. When a certain series of instructions are delivered to your mind in a particular tone and rhythm, it becomes easy for your mind to accept relaxation and then your body just follows. You’re speaking the language of relaxation in a way that the mind can understand, so well in fact that relaxation is irresistible and inevitable, even when the mind is “go go go”.
