You do not need
to prepare anything.
No agenda. No particular problem to present. The session works with whatever is present on the day, and it will find what needs attention without you having to direct it.
The space
Find somewhere quiet where you will not be interrupted for the full 90 minutes. If your session is online, you will need room to lie down comfortably - the work is somatic and you will spend most of the session horizontal. A bed or yoga mat works well.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing. Nothing restrictive. You will move between seated and lying positions during the session.
Before you arrive
Eat lightly beforehand if you can. Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before. Stay hydrated.
Online sessions
Your Google Meet link will be in your booking confirmation email. Test your connection beforehand if you can. Have your device positioned so I can see you clearly when seated - do not worry about the angle once you lie down.
On the day
Arrive as you are. There is nothing to get right. The session meets you exactly where you are.
