Not a collection of techniques.
A single integrated system.
Most approaches to emotional and nervous system work address one layer at a time. The WEF method addresses five simultaneously -- the mind, the body, the nervous system, the energy field, and the patterns inherited across time. That is why the results do not just feel different. They last.
The problem with
most approaches.
Most therapeutic and coaching approaches operate at a single layer. Talk therapy works at the level of narrative and insight. Coaching works at the level of behaviour and strategy. Mindfulness works at the level of awareness. Each of these is genuinely valuable -- and none of them is sufficient on its own, because the patterns that most limit people do not live at the level of thought or behaviour. They live in the body, in the nervous system, and in the energetic residue of experiences the conscious mind has long since moved on from.
This is why people can spend years in therapy understanding exactly why they do something -- and still do it. Understanding a pattern and shifting it are two entirely different operations. The WEF method works at both levels simultaneously, which is what makes the change stick rather than simply becoming another thing the client understands about themselves.
The goal is not insight. It is a nervous system that no longer needs the pattern in order to feel safe.
Working across five modalities simultaneously means that whatever is presenting in the session -- whether it is held in the mind, the body, the field, or some combination of all three -- there is a direct point of entry. Nothing is left unaddressed because nothing falls outside the scope of the method. And because the work reaches the level where the pattern is actually held, rather than the level where it is merely described, the results compound across sessions rather than resetting between them.
That is the difference between feeling better after a session and being different because of it.
Each one essential.
Together, complete.
NLP &
Hypnosis
Mind and subconscious
Neurolinguistic Programming works directly with the subconscious patterns, language structures, and programmes that shape how you think, respond, and hold yourself back. Most people are running on mental software they did not consciously choose -- inherited from early experience, reinforced by repetition, and invisible precisely because it feels like personality rather than pattern.
Combined with hypnosis, which accesses deeper states of change where the subconscious is more receptive, this is precision work at the level of the mind's own architecture. Parisa works as an NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner -- a level most practitioners never reach -- which means the work is both more targeted and more transferable. Clients leave with a changed relationship to their own thinking, not just a better understanding of it.
What shifts: the automatic responses, the internal narratives, the beliefs that were never consciously chosen but have been running the show.
Somatic
Work
Body and nervous system
The body holds what the mind cannot process. When an experience is too much to integrate at the time -- too intense, too confusing, too threatening -- the nervous system stores it physically. Tension, contraction, a chronic state of readiness for a threat that is no longer present. This is not metaphor. It is physiology.
Somatic work accesses the nervous system directly through breath, sensation, movement, and physical presence -- creating the conditions for stored patterns to release at the level where they actually live. This is the modality that makes the other work land and stick. Without it, even the most precise cognitive intervention sits on top of a nervous system that has not yet updated its assessment of the situation.
What shifts: the chronic tension, the physiological readiness for threat, the body's learned response to situations that no longer require it.
Spinal
Energetics
Stored experience and energy
The spine holds an extraordinary intelligence. Developed by Dr Sarah Jane, Spinal Energetics recognises that the spine stores tension, experience, and unprocessed emotion long after the mind has moved on -- and that working directly with this held energy allows the nervous system to release and reorganise in ways that are often immediate and surprising.
This is frequently the modality that most changes people's understanding of what is possible. Clients who have spent years working on an issue through conventional approaches often experience a shift in a single session that reframes everything they thought they knew about how change happens. The body's intelligence, when given permission and support to move, knows exactly what needs to release and in what order.
What shifts: the deeply held, long-stored patterns that other approaches have circled but not reached.
Reiki
Ascension
Energy field and restoration
As a Reiki Ascension Master -- the highest level of Reiki training -- Parisa works with the body's energy field to clear, restore, and rebalance at a level that goes beyond the physical and the psychological. Where other modalities work with what can be seen, measured, and named, Reiki reaches what sits underneath -- the residue that keeps patterns in place long after the original cause is forgotten.
For those new to energy work, this is often the most unexpected part of the method -- and frequently the most profound. It does not require belief to work. It requires only the willingness to be present and to allow the process to unfold.
What shifts: the energetic residue that underlies persistent patterns, and the field conditions that allow deeper change to settle and hold.
Ho'oponopono
Reconciliation and releaseAn ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and release, Ho'oponopono works with the inherited patterns, relational wounds, and emotional residue that other approaches circle but do not resolve. It operates on the understanding that what we carry is not always ours alone -- that some of what limits us has been passed down through family systems, relationships, and cultural inheritance.
Used as a foundation practice woven through the entire method, Ho'oponopono creates the conditions for a quality of release that goes beyond the personal. It is the layer that completes what the others begin -- clearing what remains when everything else has done its work, and restoring a quality of inner coherence that clients often describe as feeling like themselves again for the first time in years.
What shifts: the inherited and relational patterns, the accumulated weight of what was never yours to carry, and the sense of inner fragmentation that comes from unresolved experience.
What a session
actually looks like.
A session begins with a brief conversation -- what is present for you today, what you have been carrying, what you would like to shift. There is no requirement to arrive with a clearly defined problem. The session does not need a neat presenting issue to work with. What is most alive in your system will make itself known.
From there, the work moves across layers as needed -- sometimes beginning with NLP to map the structure of what is held in the mind, sometimes moving directly into somatic or spinal work if what is present is more clearly held in the body. Parisa reads the session rather than following a fixed protocol, which means the work goes where it needs to go rather than where a formula directs it. Music plays throughout. The session moves between conversation, guided process, and active somatic work -- sometimes all three within a single exchange.
Most people notice a shift within the session itself. The change continues in the days that follow -- which is when the deeper integration happens.
Sessions are 90 minutes and available online via Google Meet or in person at the Hampton clinic on Sundays. Online sessions are equally as effective -- the nervous system does not require physical proximity to shift. For online sessions, find a private space where you will not be disturbed, with enough room to lie down comfortably. You will begin seated for the opening conversation, then move to lying down as the session progresses. A link and any further setup notes are sent with your booking confirmation.
No preparation is required beyond that. Arrive as you are. Each session builds on the last, compounding rather than resetting -- which is why clients who commit to a series of sessions consistently report changes that extend well beyond what they originally came in to address.
The method makes sense
when you experience it.
Reading about the work and doing the work are two entirely different things. A single session is where the understanding becomes real. No preparation required.
