For organisations

Your people are performing.
But not at their actual capacity.

High-performing teams carry more than their targets. The nervous system patterns that drive burnout, reactive decision-making, and diminishing output are not solved by another leadership programme. They require a different kind of work -- delivered by someone who has led within these industries and understands precisely what is at stake.

The problem

Something is costing you that does not appear
on any dashboard.

Organisations invest significantly in the performance of their people. Coaching programmes, leadership development, EAP referrals, resilience workshops. And yet the same patterns persist. The senior leader who is technically exceptional but increasingly reactive. The high-potential individual whose output has plateaued without any obvious cause. The team that delivers under pressure but at a cost that is accumulating quietly beneath the surface.

The reason these investments do not fully resolve the problem is not that they are poorly designed. It is that they operate at the wrong level. They address thinking, behaviour, and strategy. They do not address the nervous system -- which is where the patterns actually live.

Research consistently shows that the majority of productivity loss in Australian workplaces comes not from people who are absent -- but from people who are present and operating at a fraction of their actual capacity.

Chronic performance pressure creates physiological adaptations. The body learns to operate in a sustained state of activation that becomes indistinguishable from normal. Decision-making quality drops. Emotional reactivity increases. Creativity narrows. The capacity to think clearly, lead well, and sustain high output quietly diminishes -- and no amount of reframing, goal-setting, or resilience training reaches it, because none of those approaches work at the level where the problem is held.

This is the gap the WEF method addresses. Not as a complement to existing programmes -- as the missing layer beneath them. Parisa brings something rare to this work: fifteen years leading within pharmaceutical, medical devices, and SaaS organisations means she did not observe this pattern from the outside. She shaped capability strategy within it, held state and national targets, and understood firsthand what it costs an organisation when its people are running on a nervous system that has never been properly addressed. That context is not incidental to the corporate work. It is what makes it land differently.

Engagements

Three ways to work
with your organisation.

01

The Half-Day
Intensive

8 to 20 people

A four-hour session that moves through three distinct phases: the argument -- why the nervous system is the missing variable in team performance; the experience -- guided somatic and regulation work that participants feel in the room, not just understand intellectually; and the integration -- what this means for how they lead, decide, and sustain output going forward.

Participants leave with a measurable shift in their physiological state and a practical framework they can apply immediately. Designed to be felt, not just attended.

Format In-person. Standalone or as the opening of a larger programme.
Duration 4 hours
Investment From $5,000
02

The Full-Day
Programme

Up to 16 people

A seven-hour immersive that builds on the Half-Day Intensive with deeper individual work, group somatic practice, and a structured integration session in the afternoon. The full day creates the conditions for the kind of shift that a half day opens the door to.

Designed for leadership teams who want to move beyond the surface and do work that changes how they actually operate -- not just how they talk about operating. Maximum 16 participants ensures the depth of work is maintained throughout the day.

Format In-person. Includes follow-up resources and integration guide.
Duration 7 hours
Investment From $10,000
03

The Monthly
Retainer

Ongoing. Minimum 3 months.

Ongoing monthly delivery for organisations committed to sustained change rather than a one-off experience. Each month includes one group session in half-day or full-day format, up to four individual sessions for senior leaders, and a debrief with the commissioning stakeholder on what is shifting and what requires further attention.

This is the format that pays for itself most clearly -- in retention, in decision quality, in team cohesion, and in the reduced cost of performance issues that were never properly addressed. The minimum three-month engagement reflects the reality that nervous system change is not an event. It is a process.

Format In-person and online. Tailored to your organisation's rhythm.
Commitment Minimum 3 months
Investment From $4,000/month
Sector experience

Not an outsider
to these industries.

Parisa has held senior roles across the sectors she now serves. She understands how these organisations make decisions, how they measure performance, what they ask of their people, and what it costs when those people are not operating at their actual capacity. That fluency is present in every engagement -- in the language used, the examples drawn on, and the precision with which the work is positioned for each team.

Client experience

"Despite my initial scepticism, the immediate and ongoing results were quite surprising. I still feel a sense of freedom and detachment from stress weeks later."
